Keith Urban plans indemnification

Country star Keith Urban is still recovering from the throat surgery he had late last year to separate a polyp. However he announced that he'll be sufficiently recovered to make his first concert form since November on Feb. 3 at Nashville's Grand Ole Opry, according to the Boot.

The surgery strained the postponement of the 44-year-old Aussie singer-guitarist's third annual "All For The Vestibule" all-star show benefitting the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. The bash has been rescheduled for April 10. Other performers included Alabama, Vince Gill, Allison Kraus & Organization Station, Rascal Flatts, Miranda Lambert's side project The Heater Annies and Lady Antebellum.

Bono appears without thought risk

Bono appeared at an African music fest regardless of considerable dangers involved, reports Britain's Telegraph.

In old times years, the Mali Desert Music Festival in that African's ageing city of Timbuktu, drew thousands of music fans each year. However, years of fury and strife with neighboring Niger as well as terrorism from the Saharan branch of al Qaeda and the persistent kidnapping of tourists and international aid workers have done much to curtail attendance at what was a dominating world music gathering.

Congratulations

MGMT was not meant to be renowned. Or at least, not this legendary. More than anything, the party is misunderstood. With their headbands, v-necks, and hollow-cheeked jeans, it felt like the duo had planted the hipster dwindle (with all the detached defiance you’d keep in view from a batch of Wesleyan-knowledgeable Brooklynites) smack-dab in the mid-section of daze-idol province.

They were, it seemed, unstoppable. And so MGMT moral kept effective and active—fueled by the titanic, communicable electro beats of Oracular Spectacular’s three singles (“Occasionally to Put on an act,” “Moving Crave,” and “Kids”), the two found themselves the cause of more hype than any stripe can reasonably bear up under. It didn’t import that most people can only name three songs on their premiere album, that no one knew whether it was “Handling” or M-G-M-T, or that the hit the hay of Oracular Spectacular sounded nothing like the three singles—none of it mattered. They were superstars....
