I’m gratified to this juncture the first of what will with any luck be many Accumulator Spotlights! William “Bret” Oliver has generously submitted pictures of the incredibly rare Micro Machines Epic Collections 4, 5, and 6 for the Instructor Index. These were only handy as a significant post-in offering from Galoob. But enough from me, let’s learn from Bret!
“Micro Machines were my toy of election as a kid – Hero Trek, Big draw Wars, military Micro Machines. So I had proper about every Nova Wars Micro Faction there was, and even when Happening 1 came out I bought those packs. I had purchased the first three Epic Collections in Florida while visiting kinfolk friends, and a year or so later my older kin came to me saying he had found out about three *more* such sets (around 1998). He showed me the Galoob website and how you could send in a the humanities requesting them. I ordered one of each and I swear by they price about $20 at the term. I wasn’t word for word well stocked with, but if I had been hip I would have ordered a dozen of each! Taking into consideration that the only ones of I’ve seen on eBay go for $180, it would have been a well-behaved move as a art-lover to forerunner up on them back then....
