Brustad, once burned out on volleyball, is now feverish about coaching the sport

One of the unintended consequences of kids playing year around in one distraction is burnout. The countless time and extra effort in the sport becomes an agreeable way of life and then one day an athlete wakes up and decides enough is enough and moves on to something else.

Burnout.

Fancy it or not, Olympic Premier Volleyball Club director Tami Brustad knows burnout first assistance. She played high school volleyball as an outside hitter at Eisenhower Elaborate School in Yakima, and six years of select ball with Team Yakima, an classifying that has been around since 1977.

When it came time for Brustad to get on with her life after high school she turned down an extend to play at Whitworth. She had some ankle problems and frankly it was more expensive than she could afford.

But there was also something else.

"I was burned out on volleyball bad," Brustad said. "I played year-around for six years.

After 10 years in the role, Japan’s Red Bacteria Vacuum is a skilful case of how to do women in punk the straight way.
